Meet Travis Kalanick, he's the top chap at UBER, the Car-pooling giant. He didn't set out to create a business this huge.
He sat behind his wheel wondering why there's so many cars doing the same journey every week, and in the 8 months to today (March 2016) in Los Angeles, UBER has generated 7.9 million fewer driven miles.
Now, 100k people car pool every week in Los Angeles and 15 million car pool trips per month in China!
