This is a very special time of year as we are celebrating Touchpoints 8th birthday. It’s crazy to think we have been operating for 8 years, and we are even more excited for the next 50!
To celebrate this eventful time, we thought we would have a trip down memory lane, see what we’re up to in 2022 and share future plans of how we want to add Touchpoints flair to the marketing industry.
Changes over the years:
During the 8 years of operating, like all businesses we have gone through many changes. While change can increase the element of risk, we love to have a positive perspective, viewing change as an exciting opportunity to develop and create new ideas for our business and clients.
One major change we’ve experienced in the last two years was the Touchpoints team. Since 2021, we created an amazing team of 6, as we wanted to offer our services at a higher scale as well as have multiple perspectives to develop future plans for the business. As they say, two heads are better than one, and in our case six!

While we operate with companies nationally and internationally, we now have employees across the UK and Italy. Dora, our PR & Affiliate Manager, is located in London and Stefano, our International Marketing Manager, is between Manchester and Rome. As well as our home in Uttoxeter with our Managing Director Victoria and Jess (Marketing Executive). They both operate from our new office which is located at Heath House Uttoxeter.

What are our future plans
In eight years, we have had so many victories and we are really happy with the position we are in. However, we have set many goals that we aim to achieve in the near future. In the next 5 years, we are planning to increase our team even more. As well as providing services to support British brands in international markets.
